Sukhdecor Return & Cancellation Policy

At Sukhdecor, we strive to provide exceptional balloon decoration services and engaging activity programs to ensure your event is memorable. Our goal is to make your experience smooth and enjoyable, and we understand that sometimes plans can change. Please take a moment to review our return and cancellation policy:

1. Balloon Decoration Service:

  • Cancellations:

    • For balloon decoration services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
    • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded.
  • Refunds:

    • Refunds for balloon decorations will be processed only if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon decorations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product availability or equipment failure.
    • Refunds will not be issued for minor design adjustments or if the decorations are delivered as per the agreed specifications.

2. Activity Program Services:

  • Cancellations:

    • To cancel an activity program, we require a notice at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will be subject to a 50% charge of the total program cost.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program start time will not be refunded.
  • Refunds:

    • In case of cancellation by Sukhdecor due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued for the affected program.
    • If a customer chooses to discontinue an activity during the program, no refund will be provided.

3. Changes or Modifications to Services:

  • Service Modifications:
    • If you need to change the details of your balloon decoration or activity program (e.g., change of date, location, or services), please inform us at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Any changes within 7 days will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Delivery and Setup:

  • On-Time Guarantee:
    We ensure timely delivery and setup of all decorations and activity programs. If we are unable to meet the agreed setup time due to our fault, we will provide a partial refund based on the delay.

  • Damaged Items:
    In the unlikely event that any items related to our balloon decorations or activities are damaged during delivery or setup, please inform us within 1hours. We will work to resolve the issue either through repairs, replacements, or a partial refund.
